SRT3210 Multimode (FRS/GMRS/FSK)
Baseband Signal Processor for Walkie-Talkie
SRT3210 is a highly integrated SOC(System On Chip) designed
for Walkie-Talkie by Sicomm. It incorporates all baseband
signal processing functions and system control functions
that are required for Walkie-Talkie systems. Sicomm
innovatively implement digital signal processing techniques
into the traditional analog radio system. With the
customized DSP, we improve the audio quality, and customized features
and reduce power consumptions, The baseband signal
processing functions include CTCSS/DCS generation. CTCSS/DCS
detection, DTMF generation, squelch tail elimination,
scrambling descrambling for security, audio and sub-audio
band separation, etc. All of the control functions are
implemented by an 8-bit MCU through the control registers,
Some peripherals of MCU are also integrated in the chip,
such as 32k*8 bits OTP or mask ROM, 512*8 bits RAM, 59
GPIO's, 4-channel multiplexed ADC,2 DAC's, 4*31 LCD
drivers, UART interface, watch dog timer, 2 user
programmable timers, real time clock (RTC), etc. With all
these functions, this chip is excellent especially for
Walkie-Talkie applications.
SRT3241 Baseband
Signal Processor for Walkie-Talkie
SRT3241 is a highly integrated SOC(System
On
Chip) designed for Walkie-Talkie by Sicomm. It incorporates all
baseband signal processing functions and system control
functions that are required for Walkie-Talkie. Sicomm
innovatively implement digital signal processing techniques into
the traditional analog system. With the customized DSP, we
improve the voice quality, add customized features and reduce
power consumptions, The baseband signal processing functions
include CTCSS tone generator and CTCSS detector, DCS generator
and DCS detector, DTMF generator,
squelch tail elimination, simple frequency inversion scramble/descramble for security, autdio and sub-audio band separation,
etc. All of the control functions are implemented by and 8-bit
MCU through the control registers. As the extension, some
peripherals of MCU are also integrated in this chip, such as
16K*8 bits OTP or mask ROM, 512*8 bits RAM, 17 GPIOs, 3-channel
multiplexed ADC, 2 DACs, UART interface, watch dog timer, 2 user
programmable timers, etc. With all these functions, this chip is
excellent especially.
SRT3300 Low Power FM Demodulator for
Walkie-Talkie
SRT3300
is a high sensitivity, low power and low
voltage demodulator chip for high performance FM system
applications. The device provides frequency conversion for 2nd
IF (Intermediate Frequency) FM demodulation using quadrature
discriminator, and other functions such as limiting
amplification, active filtering, squelch, scan control and mute
switch. This device is assembled in a small plastic QFN package.
SRT3500/3501
Single Chip RF Transceiver for Walkie-Talkie
SRT3500 is a single-chip RF transceiver designed for
low power wireless applications. The chip consists of a
super-heterodyne receiver, a direct analog modulation
transmitter and a PLL frequency synthesizer with integrated VCO
and crystal oscillator. SRT3500 is especially suited for Walkie-Talkie
applications with channelspacing of 6.25kHz, 12.5kHz or 25kHz.
SRT3500 can be easily programmed for multi-channel operation in
frequency range from 350 to 470MHz via a serial 3-wire
interface. In a typical system, SRT3500 will be used together
with a microcontroller and a few external passive components.
SRT3601/3602/3604 High Efficiency Power Amplifier
SRT3601/3602/3604 are high-gain and
high-efficiency power amplifier chips offering high
performance in CW or FM signal amplifications, especially
for Walkie-Talkie applications in frequency range from 130
to 550MHz. The chips are fabricated on silicon MOS process,
Its output match is implemented on printed circuit board and
can be easily adjusted to obtain optimum output power and
efficiency.

SRT9332 is a fully walkie-talkie function module, designed for
narrow band low power wireless applications in the frequency
range from 350 to 470 MHz. This module consists of an antenna
low pass filter, Tx/Rx switch, RF transceiver SRT3500. power
amplifier SRT3602, FM demodulator SRT3300, and baseband
processor SRT3241.
SRT9332 is especially suited for handheld system such as
walkie-talkies and mobile phones, The configuration
interface can be accessed via an UART interface.

Single Chip FM Radio
SRT8300 is a system-On-chip (SOC) product designed for
low-power FM receiver applications. This FM stereo/mono
radio is built on direct digital low IF receiver
architecture including RF front-end, frequency synthesizer,
mixed-signal processor and digital signal processor, It can
be tuned electronically to the European, US, Chinese and
Japanese FM bands from 76 to 108MHz, the IC is implemented
based on CMOS process and housed in a 5x5 28-pin QFN
package.

Radio Module
SRT9832 is a FM Radio module based on Sicomm SRT8300 for general
stereo/mono FM Radio applications, the module is easily
controlled through 2-wire or 3-wire series interfaces, and it
