SRT3604 is a high-gain and high-efficiency power amplifier chip offering high performance and wideband in CW or FM signal amplifications, such as, Walkie-Talkie, RFID and other FM, FSK, ASK, in a frequency range of 130-900MHz.Including a on board power protection circuit recommended by Sicomm, it provides a flat and highly reliable output power over wide frequency band.
