Overview

SCT3604 is a high-gain and high-efficiency power amplifier chip offering high performance and wideband in CW or FM signal amplifications, especially for VHF, UHF Walkie-Talkie, RFID and other FM, FSK, ASK applications in a frequency range from 130MHz to 1GHz.
