SCT3700: Single chip RF transceiver

Overview

SCT3700 is a lower power high performance single chip RF transceiver developed to interface with baseband SoC SCT3928 and RF power amplifier SCT3604 for digital radios. Its applications include DMR, DPMR, NXDN, DCR, P25 and PDT.
